Ingredients:

• Sweet Bread

• Bread flour 1000g

• Cake flour 100g

• Sugar 250g

• Yeast 2 table spoon

• Salt 1 table spoon

• Egg 3 pieces

• Water 350g

• Fresh milk 200g

• Margarine 200g

Direction:

• Mix 2 flours with yeast, sugar and salt.

• Add other ingredients and mixed and ferment.

• Divide dough into pieces and ferment for 2 then bake.
